PARTNER WITH GTI

Invest in the people behind agriculture.

Agricultural organizations invest significantly in knowledge, technical expertise, business management and resources for the people they serve.

Grow Thru It® offers another way to invest in them, by helping develop the human capacity to navigate pressure, change, relationships and difficult decisions while sustaining both wellbeing and performance.

Whether you want to support your members, clients, emerging leaders or your own team, we can work with you to create an approach that fits.

YOUR PEOPLE

Start with the people you want to support.

Every organization is different.

You may be looking to support young or emerging farmers. People navigating succession or transition. Valued members or clients. Directors and staff. Or a particular group facing a challenge or opportunity that matters to your organization.

Tell us who you want to support and what you're hoping to make possible. We can start there.

POSSIBILITIES

Ways to Partner

01

Bring the GTI conversation to your community

Introduce your members or audience to a different way of thinking about personal development, wellbeing and sustainable performance.

GTI offers a limited number of speaking engagements each year, as well as half-day workshops that can be delivered in person or virtually.

These experiences can stand alone or become an introduction to deeper GTI development.

02

Bring GTI programs to your members or clients

Create an opportunity for the people you serve to participate in InSight or InSider.

Programs can be offered exclusively to your group, or you can help participants join one of GTI's public offerings.

Virtual delivery makes it possible to bring together participants from across a province, region or the country without the cost and logistics of travel. In-person options can also be explored for private groups.

03

Invest in someone you believe in

Use GTI development as a meaningful investment in members, clients or emerging leaders.

Your organization might sponsor participation, provide a member discount, or establish an annual tuition award recognizing someone you want to invest in.

It can also be a meaningful way to honour someone who has made an important contribution to your organization, industry or community.

04

Develop your own team

The people serving agriculture are navigating complexity too.

GTI can work with directors, staff and leadership teams who want to strengthen their ability to think, communicate, adapt and work effectively together, especially when things get difficult.

THE GTI APPROACH

Development that starts with what matters

GTI doesn't begin by assuming what people need to fix or what they should do differently.

We begin with the real challenges people are already facing, the conversation that needs to happen, the difficult decision, the recurring frustration, the relationship that isn't working as well as it could, or the sense that something needs to change.

Then we let that challenge show us where growth might make a difference.

That means the development is personal, while the capacities people develop can travel with them, back to their farms, families, teams and organizations.

WORKING TOGETHER

Trusted by agricultural organizations

GTI has worked with agricultural organizations to create development opportunities for the people they serve.

PARTNER PERSPECTIVES

What they’re saying.

InSight was an incredible opportunity for both the Canadian Cattle Young Leaders and the Canadian Cattle Youth Council. The thought-provoking content empowered participants to bring new perspectives back to their farms, ranches, and daily lives, helping to strengthen leadership skills and build resilience across the next generation of agricultural leaders.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Let's build something that fits.

You don't need to know which GTI program or format is right before you contact us.

Tell us who you're hoping to support and what you're hoping to make possible.

We'll start there and explore together whether GTI, and which approach, might be a good fit.
